Arrived in Manchester 3 hours late due to equipment problems at JFK Airport.
Took trains from Manchester Airport to St. Bees with one change in Carlisle.
Arrived in St. Bees around 4 PM
Settled in at our B&B, Stone House Farm, literally a sheep farm in the village. We're staying in "the loft," all tricked out as a suite with a kitchen and great shower!
Unfortunately, our phone chips don't seem to be working for data, which will be critical for us to use the great maps we have on my phone. After a bunch of trials and advice from the daughter of our B&B host, we decided to go into the only big town around on Monday to see it the phone store there can figure out what's wrong.
Had an average dinner at "The Manor" just up the hill in the village.
After dinner, we walked to the beach where we'll start our journey tomorrow.

It was still early, but we crashed with jet lag shortly afterwards.
